Intralink vault reliability

For those of you using Intralink, have you ever had a situation where you lost any work after check-in to common space?

Never and I have use it for 8 years. Only once I had to restore one file from backup that a user had deleted.

I have used for a number of years and used to work as a travelling consultant doing installs/upgradeson intralink in numerous companys. I have never heard of a case where thishas happened.

Has anyone had any problems?

I ask because I'm comparing Intralink vs. PDMWorks and SolidWorks. I have heard a couple people say they have lost work with PDMWorks.
