Is there a NPT table we can download?

I am using Pro E 3.0. I am looking for a national pipe thread hole table that we can download. Is this possible?

Sounds like you're looking for the very handy and easy-to-use Hole Wizard. Sorry, wrong software - try SolidWorks. The Pro/E imitation is not only much clunkier, they managed to leave pipe threads out entirely.

I have a npt.hol file that I created. It uses straight holes, not tapered, but if you can live with that, send me a message and I will send you the file.

Pro E WF4 includes NPT this time around

We've used our own udfs for NPT holes, but we only created the sizes we use on a day-to-day basis.

I've thought about posting them somewhere and getting the user community to add the missing sizes and also verify/adapt the ones we've done.

Let me know if there is anyone who wants to help out with this?

I got a copy of this to drive the sizes in my national pipe threads etc.


The 'etc' bit is understated, its a useful tool.

Sorry, looks like WF4 is the long term answer tho'
