issue coversion from .drw to .dwg

While converting .drw to .dwg from ProW wf5,it is showing .dwg file created.<br style="font-family: Verdana,Arial,Helvetica,sans-serif;">But when i open the folder there is no .dwg file available,instead _drw_out.log file is getting created.<br style="font-family: Verdana,Arial,Helvetica,sans-serif;">Please suggest me,to solve the above issue.

convert it to.dxf instead of .dwg

Also, you might open the log file and see if it's telling you what is going wrong.
