Knurls in Pro/E

did u try wrap?? wrap some curves on cylender then sweep cut, u can also make revolve and extrude cuts, then u can warp n twist .

If you want to make it look real you can do a helical cutout with a triangular section, pattern it around the cilinder, make a second one in the opposite direction and pattern that one as well. Takes processing time though !

i have tried & sucessfully created, a diomond knurl by first making cris-crossing cuts on a rectangular plate and then torrodial bending the rectangular plate. but the problem is that it takes a lot of memorey space & hell lot of time. definitely not an option one can use if multiple knurled parts are nedded.

but is worth a try.
