I use Solidworks 2009 and every time I click on a surface it pops up a appearance/real view dialog box. This is very annoying when working with assemblies trying to mate and measure things. Can anyone tell me how to make this pop-up go away? Thanks
Yes, this is possible by turning off the option 'Show on selection' through Tools > Customize. This option is located at the right side of the menu, below 'Context Toolbar settings'.
First things first, thanks for replying. This seems to be the right step but the dialog box still pops up. The option below "show in shortcut menu" worked but not the "show on selection".
I dont know why? Thanks for helping anyways
