Does anyone know where i can get a complete list of all the config options with there explanations?

Try your on-line help inside Pro/E


Go to "Pro/Engineer Foundation" and then"Using Pro/Engineer Configuration File Options"


Maybe you are looking for more but ther's a lot under that chapter
