long purlins

Trying to add z shaped purlins to a large frame. 100' long. Proe says its too complicated geometry and fails it. Help

Try changing the accuracy of the assembly. Edit-Setup-Accuracy from the pull down menu. The default in WF4 is .0012, change it to a smaller value and it should work. Although I haven't modeled anything 100' long.

it is better to use absolute accuracy.
You can change this option in the config pro file.
enable_absolute_accuracy YES

Now you can change the part settings to absolute.
Is much better and pro does not really care about the size of the part anymore.
