make a Video file!

Hi,
All!
My Boss wants me to make a Video file of showing
operation of complete assembly.
I could manage it by using followings steps.
1.By creating Different Explode Stages, and then
2.By creating map key.
I can play this video only by using pro e as the file
extension is .pro

How can I make this file; in a way that it can be played
with general media players.

Why not make an animation using mechanism connections driven by motors instead? The animation can be saved as mpeg among others.
