Hello all,
I am currently in the process of remodelling some of the
products that my company currently injection moulds. The
current CAD data is old and has been patched together
over the years from old 2D drawings & surface scans of
tools etc..
I want to recreate the surfaces using ISDX in Creo 2.0 so
that in the future I can develop the designs to expand
the product range more easily.
I have imported the existing model to a new part and I
have used existing curves from the imported geometry and
intersected them with planes to create points to use as
references to control my curves in isdx. Going forward I
want to remove the imported geometry from the feature
tree to make a fully independent model.
Can I isolate or extract the points I have created so
they are independent?
Thanks in advance
G
