Manufacturing PDM Viewables

Does anyone have a answer as to why Pro/E's publisher will not create thumbnails and/or viewables of Pro/E Sheetmetal Manufacturing assemblies, parts and manufacturing files? We seem to be able to create them using the "Custom Checkin With Viewables" every once and awhile but not every time. Any help would be greatly appreciated. The "Failed" log is getting quite large.

The Pro/E cadworker needs a Sheetmetal Mfg license to call up the objects and publish them. We have a similar issue where the worker is setup to have a mold license at startup so it can publish mold designs. In the PTCSetup dialog, you can edit the proe command to include a floating mfg license each time the worker starts up.
