MAPKEYS w/ pause for text

Hi everybody-


I am trying to creating an extensive mapkey. I am running into problems when I need to insert text. Part of the maykey I am creating involves opening a new part. I want to be able to type in the part name, like I do everytime, instead of creating the part with the default name, "prt0001", and then renaming the part aftwerwards. It's not that big of a problem to do this, but I would prefer not to.


Am I missing something here?

Nevermind ...I thought I used the "pause for keyboard input" action


... but Ididn't.
