How do you calculate the mass of a model?

When I go to the normal menu (model analysis) its coming up completely wrong. I have beam elements making up the majority of my model so presume its not calculating them.

I have assigned section and material properties to the beams.

I assume you are creating the beam elements in Mechanica. Try running a static analysis with constraints and a gravity load, and the mass should be reported in your .rpt file.

29.6kg's sounds much better the 100grams for a chassis.
