Material added with Cut Extude

Dear All,


I have a bit of of a modelling issue here, when I try to do a Cut (Extude) in the first pic, WF2models itwith extra material (2nd pic).


It is very small, about 0.08mm but it still causes interference for me. Is there a 'minimum' option that trigges this?

Well, I saw it once. I mean the situation You mentioned. It was not the
indentical one but ... I tried to make a round and after that Pro\e cut extra material. The problem was with feature before this round, which had depth up to surface and pro\e could not handle that.



So check if You do not have depth up to surface and it is a round surface



maybe it will help



if not, well I am also curious what is the real problem

i havent seen this issue. also out of curiosity tried to do it and it seems to work for me. can you send me the model if you can to look at it.
