material files

Hi,


Does anyone know if there is a resource on the net for pro/e material files?


ie downloadable material file.


This type of facility is available for Solidworks but i can't find any for pro/e

What are you after ? I have a large .dtm file of the Pantone library I could email to you ?

I'm after as many material files as possible such as acetal, peek 30% glass filled etc

*.dmt files are appearance files (color, transparency, reflectivity, etc), material files are either *.mat (WF2 or older) or *.mtl (WF3 or newer.

There's a bunch of the old style files here in the Files area of MCAD Central. The old style files can be used directly in WF3+ and supposedly you can save them in the WF3 format. With these files, however, I haven't had luck saving them. I can open them fine, but when I try to save them I get error messages about invalid values for empty parameters.

I think you guys are confusing material (color) and Material (mass props).Ones starts with a capital letter you know.
