1. In model tree select the feature you want to mirror then go to edit/mirror select a plane to mirror and click OK.
2. If you need to mirror an entire part (say you made half of it with more then one feature) select the part in model tree (where it says the part name) and again go to edit / mirror and select a plane to mirror and click OK.
If still doesn't work for you post a picture to see what are you trying to mirror.
