Open any drawing, right-click on the background & choose Properties. In the menu that appears, choose Drawing Options - you will probably find it there.
You can save the options in a .dtl, and point to it using drawing_setup_file option in the config.pro file.
one other prob going on here is my model tree config isnt loading it is pointed here
C:\Ptc\proeWildfire2\text\tree.cfg
sorry for all the questions i recently took over designs services by default here meaning the other guy quit so im cleaning things up. the config.pro was over 800kb with sometimes 7 instances of the same map key so im starting fresh.
i have changed thedrawing options model_display_for_new_views & tan_edge_display_for_new_views but after saving and exiting then reopening pro and start a new drawing they fall back to default
any solution to this or am i saving this wrong bc when i save it to my start up directory it says its saving it as an "active drawing.dtl"
To create a .dtl file, you need to open it (as in my previous post) & there is an icon to allow you to open a saved file & an icon to allow you to save the file.
Save it somewhere where everyone can see it & use the drawing_setup_file option in the config.pro file to point to it.
