One such way to do this is create the two dimensions in the drawing that you want to be in inches(rather than show). Then, go to the properties of the dimension and in the "Dimension Text" tab, replace @D with @O(capital letter O) followed by the english value. This will remove the created dimension and put whatever you typed in its place.
NOTE:
1) This does not work for shown dimensions
2) If you update the part model and change these feature sizes, the updates will NOT be reflected in the drawing (you would have to go in and manually change the inch dimesion to the right value).
