ModelCHECK - Versions

I'd like to open up a Pro/E part file and be able to find out what version of Pro/E was used to create it. So far i've found that i can go into ModelCHECK and it will give me a number similar to this: Pro/E v. 2700 b. 2008010.


So I'd like to know,


a. Do those numbers correlate to a wildfire version?


b. If not, is there another way to find out what version of wildfire the creator is running?
