Modeling help!!! VSS or Swept Blend Prob

Hi all!!


I'm trying to create the following surface...





As you can see its not following the upper sketched curve even though I have specified it to.Currently, I'm trying to use a swept blend to accomplish this. Any help would be appreciated!!! Thanks and have a great day.

BTW running WF3.0

use VSS and under options choose constant section and see if that helps.
