if you create something in a commercial licensed seat you can open them with a educational seat. However you can not open an educational licensed seat file in a commercial seat...
If you could.... you would be able to make something in a educational seat and use it as a full blown file...
This is true so in order to open the parts you will need someone with a commercial seat to open the files save then as step, iges or similar file format in order for you to translate this data on your version of proe! Data translation is not an exact science especially for large complex components and assemblies
I am almost sure you can not export or save as with a educational seat.
My only sugestion would be to buy a Educational seat and the recreate
it in a full seat. Ouch I am sure you didn't want to hear that. I
purchased a seat of 2000i^2 for $300.00 a few years ago. The good thing
is they are less expensive that a standard seat. That is all I have for
you.
