multiple placement

Dear All

i have some trouble with multiple placement in Assy. i cant do that thing, what should i do..because i have make the component interface. for one part, the interface is good..but how about multiple placing..

such as bult and nut...

do i have to set up my config.pro?? which one is it?

in wf3..it have auto multiple placement...how to use it??

as far as I know, auto placement needs a reference pattern.

for example: the holes are arranged in a pattern. Place a screw in one of those holes, then pattern by Reference. It will auto populate.

ghunk, everyones suggestions so far are talking about ways to assemble the same component multiple times but with different techniques than you are describing. If you assemble multiple placement using interface to interface, you will getwhite preview dots like you do with a pattern where you can select which spots to put your bolt, nut, etc...


Try making interfaces on both parts
