My neurotic style won’t let me touch it.

Hi all, for those of you who read my previous thread I have rebuilt most of my part to the correct size.

I have a part that consists of two styles. Some of the boundary curves in the styles are sketches made outside of styles. Everything is in the same part. I needed to make some very minor tweaks to these defining sketches. Every time I made the changes to the sketch style 1 would not regenerate, and would not let me try to redefine it (there was no response to undo, fix model or quick fix). Eventually I managed to tweak my sketch in a way that didn
 
I also just found out that style 1 also fails when I go near any of the sketches that define it. Even when I select edit definition on the style, touch nothing, and click the cross to cancel it still fails, and once again the only way out is to delete or supress untilI can close the window. aaahg!
 
I bet it's one thing your doing in the style feature like forcing tangent to a solid face or something. You probably can't post it because it's a production part? Images and part uploads will save you a lot of typing.
