Need help getting started with J-Link

I can't seem to get started with J-Link. According to the instructions, I can use the built-in JVM, which means I do not have to modify the CLASSPATH. So, allI did is create the following protk.txt file. However, when I run Pro/E, I geta dialogbox with theerror [Startup of application "TekMenu" failed]. Anybody know what I am doing wrong?

Oops. I meant protk.dat file.
