No additional sketcher references allowed

I have a problem with sketcher references. Occassionally I will get an error, "Additional references to 3D geomtery no allowed." After searching this forum, most are saying it is from trying to modify a sketch that is a parent of a mirror or pattern. In the part I am working on right now, I was trying to create a new revolved cut at the bottom of the feature tree. After choosing my sketching plane and reference plane it would not let me pick any references at all, including my reference plane. The way I have solved this in the past is to reboot the computer. It worked again, I was able to go back and put that feature in. Is there something I am missing or is this just a bug in Pro?

Thanks everyone.

FWIW, everytime I've seen this problem, the feature has been copied, mirrored, patterned, etc.. Removing those dependencies has always solved the problem for me. In your case, being the last feature pretty much eliminates these issues though. It was a feature with no dependencies, right?

Correct, it was the last feature to be created so there were no dependencies. This has happened to a few other parts in the past year or two. We just transitioned from WF1.0 to 2.0. This has happened in both versions.

Thanks for the reply
