One dimension "parallel"

I have one dimension that I would like to be above the arrows because of space issues. Is there a way to change the orientation of just one dimension so that it is "parallel". I know that there is an option text_orientation and set to parallel it will do what I want but it will change all dims. I just want to change one. I am on WF4. If anyone knows how to do this, would you please share with me.
