Out of Range

New member
Hy,

Does anybody know, why I receive this message "out of range" when I'm trying to rib, thick, etc.? And how I could it change?

Thanks

I think this is a glitch. Accept a value that is just within the range it tells you. complete the feature. Now edit the value to what you want it to be, and regenerate.

This problem also occurs for thin extrusions.Flipping the side using the larger value will work, accept it, and finish the feature. Now edit the value to what you want, regenerate, and then go back in to re-edit the feature. in the dashboard flip the side, and complete the feature. Annoying.

Does anyone know if PTC is addressing this?

"I am given to understand absolute accuracy will be the default setting
in WF5, so this sort of problem should go away."

... but there's no need to wait.
