parameters through intralink

I have made a bunch of parts without using my companies intralink's start part mainly i avoided intralink and imported them later. However now that i am using intralink and there start parts, I do not have the parameters they have made for each part. Is there anyway to modify each part in order to have there parameters show up in my old parts that i have made.

You can create an empty assembly with the components listed but not placed (Insert,
Component, Include) and then add the parameters in the model tree.
When you are done, save and then throw away the assembly. The components are saved and you have what you were looking for with parameters set.
I've used this quite a lot and it works fine.
