If you are using a table with a repeat region the cell setting is &asm.mbr.pro_mp_mass. If you are using it in a note or table cell that is not part of a repeat region use &pro_mp_mass:session ID. To get the session ID go under Tools>Relations then select Show>Session ID from the menu bar. Replace session ID in the above relation with the number ProE returns in the message area. You may need to regenerate your assemblies to make sure the mass properties are calculated.

Assembly Weight in the Drawing

Recently I've come across a query in a forum "Is there a way to show the weight of the assembly in an assembly drawing". The moment I see this question decided to give it a try and so spent some time to find the answer, as a result..... I have authored an article which explains how to calculate weight of individual components, combined weight of component(s) assembled more than once, and finally weight of the assembly as a whole; so as to insert it as a note in the drawing.

Task 1 - CREATE/MODIFY THE PARTS TO BE ASSEMBLED

Create all the parts that you are going to use in your assembly, in each part
