Part creation in Assembly

Hi All-

I need to create parts in an assembly that aren't, & won't, be drawn as models. Specifically I need to add chemicals & gluesto the assembly so they will show up in the bom's in the drawing files. Can anyone assist/point me to the proper help files?

Thnx

You need to create them as bulk item part.

They are parts with no geometry. You can create them in your assembly.

File > New > Type - part > Sub-type - bulk.

Outside of the assembly, it will behave like regular part.

As a side note I think bulk item quantities can only be whole numbers. Someone correct me if I am wrong
