Parts change scale when assembling. Help!

Hi there.

I am using a school edition of ProE Wildfire 5

I have created some parts to add into an assembly. When I try and assemble these parts, they change their scale, which I do no want them to do.
For example, a length of 65 becomes something like 2.55

The parts when viewed by themselves have the same dimensions as when I created them, they seem to scale down when I assemble them.

It seems to only affect some parts and not others.

Would anyone be able to help me out here?

You have different units in the assembly and parts. 65 mm = 2,55 inches. I've never had to change this so I don't know how to do it. Search the CAD administration forum and I'm sure you'll find a solution.
