PDF creation, locks up WF4

Anyone having issues with PDF creation in wf4 x64, it totally locks up when outputting a pdf. I have tried new build of Pro (m040) and reinstalled adobe.

which pdf output are you using?


Are you saving as pdf or are you printing and using adobe as your printer?

Give a try to PDF995, if you couldn't able to fix the problem of inbuilt pdf in Pro-e WF4. PDF995 is a free software available in the internet.

The problem happens while using the save as pdf. I want to use the intagrated one. I didnt have a problem in build (m010) just since moving to m020-m040.


When I use win2pdf and that works.

This is a known bug! Go to PTC website and use the Update Advisor to see list of all open issues for WF4 and you will find it. It is reported with WF4 64-bit M020 and is fixed in M070. See TAN
