All I'm trying to do is filter out only surfaces from an External Copy Geom and I can't seem to pick just surfaces, there's no option in the filter. I know it's a simple thing but not using Pro E since V2001 is confusing me!!
If you are trying to pick just surfaces, you can keep the filter on Smart.
In the graphics area select on the area where the surfaces is, the first selection is to select the feature the surface belongs to. Once the feature is highlighted select on the surface so only the surfaces will highlight, from there you can click CTRL C, CTRL V, and the surface will highlight red or blue (can't remember), now you can select more surfaces.
