pre-processing boundary

Im running an analysis on my gear but reading the info from the dialog box the process halts at 98% pre-processing boundary then starts to fall to 90% after 20mins. Rather annoying


Iv run a geometry check and there are some errors. Is there a quick and easy way to fix them?

Locate the exact area that contains actual problem. Make a smooth surface and perform geometry check. Then mesh it and make dense mesh in that area. Then perform ur analysis. It may solve ur problem.
