How to activate and deactivate preview while opening a drawing file in Pro-E 2001.?

I tried that but I could not get preview even I change the config. Is there any other config?

Computers don"t make mistake

I m sure is something not corectly did

You won't see the preview unless the drawings was save at least once after you changeg the configuration option.
