In Pro-E, is there a command similar to c-language 'or' / '|' / '||'

Thanks for any help

yes it is, but this only work in relations, and only there.

You can write mathematical and logical functions and create calculations using dimensions and parameters from parts, asms, and writing relations.

To go to relations: Tools > Relations

Is my message unclear?

(perhaps the thread should have been in forum 'pro-program')

I was asking about the 'or' statement but the pipe does seems to work ok.

Use a single pipe (|) for an 'or' statementin a relation / program.
