Pro-E changing pen size

hi, i am trying to edit the lines in a pro-E part to all be 0.0100 cm.

i created a file called table.pnt file in notepad and saved it as table.pnt
pen 1 thickness .0100 cm;
pen 2 thickness .0100 cm;
pen 3 thickness .0100 cm;
pen 4 thickness .0100 cm;
pen 5 thickness .0100 cm;
pen 6 thickness .0100 cm;

pen 7 thickness .0100 cm;
pen 8 thickness .0100 cm;
i just want to confirm if this is right
Now, how do i tell pro-e to take my part and apply these changes to the
lines. Do i simply open up config.pro in and add the line:
pen_table_file C:\table.pnt
if i saved it directly on my C drive.
Also, how do i open up config.pro to add this line if this is supposly right.

Can someone please provide step by step instructions? Thank you very much. =]
