There's a program under the /bin directory (If my memory is correct) to decompile the fonts with. They can then be modified in a text editor. After that they need to be compiled again.

There is a section in the help files describing this.

I've done it before but my notes are at the office and I wont return there in the next five weeks

Why you wanna edit Pro-E fonts? You can use windows fonts or download some fancy fonts from www.fontriver.com and save it in C:\Windows\Fonts. Use those fonts by setting the path in config.pro

pro_font_dir to C:\Windows\Fonts...

In WF2 the pdf's or plot files become huge if you are using some windows fonts.

Some characters like 1 and I look the same in the pro/E font.

Thats two reasons why I modified them, since ptc didnt wanted to see this as a problem.

The size proiblem should have been resolved in wf3 or 4, havent checked that.

I do not understand the reason why you wish to change only "1". I too do not like the font and hence I use ISOFONT which comes with Proe.
