There's a program under the /bin directory (If my memory is correct) to decompile the fonts with. They can then be modified in a text editor. After that they need to be compiled again.
There is a section in the help files describing this.
I've done it before but my notes are at the office and I wont return there in the next five weeks
Why you wanna edit Pro-E fonts? You can use windows fonts or download some fancy fonts from www.fontriver.com and save it in C:\Windows\Fonts. Use those fonts by setting the path in config.pro
