Can you please provide me Pro/Intralink 3.3 or 8.0 training manual/guide,i want to learn myself before my company setup intralink server.

Go to PTC's website and you can download reference documents. You'll need a PTC account.

Not legally. I have the manuals in electronic formt and I won't distribute them.

You can get some pretty goodUser's Guidesfrom www.cadquest.com. They no longer offer manuals for Pro/I 3.3, but you can get 3.4. I don't think they have anything for 8.0 though...
