Pro-Intralink Error

Hi,


When we log in on Pro-Intralink, it gives error (error occured on loading preferences). So we are unable to work on it.


please suggest.

If it is ilink 3.x i would try todelete preference config fil. first look for the file on the local workspace, if it do not excist then on server.


As I remember from out of my head the name is ilinkpref. It is a text file but I do not remember if the extension is .txt


Please make a copy to another place before you delete it


Just a suggestion I have never seen this error.


Remember you have to set all preferances againg from Intralink gui.


I do not know if Intralink can start without any preferance file. Restorea good one from your backup.
