Problem with dimesioning

Guys ,
I found very strange problem while working with Pro E drawing.
Let me explain:
Suppose in Pro E drawing , the part has length measuring 50mm.
and if I save as that file in .dwg format so that i will have better access to that drawing in Autocad.
But in Autocad, when i measure the same length , I found it 0.1235.
How this is happening ?? what is the solution for that? (Dont tell me to every time edit the dimension and change it to 50mm)

Any kind of help would be appreciated.

<div id="swiffout"></div>In most cases these differences are caused by mm - inch conversions, resulting in a scaling factor of 25.4 (or x10 multiplications of this factor).
Note that if your view scale in the drawing is not 1:1 you must take this scaling into account as well.

Most programs allow you to set this scaling factor when importing or after importing data.

Also in Pro/ENGINEER you can change the units and/or rescale your part. It's under 'Edit', 'Setup', 'Units'.

please ensure that the dimensions in both pro e and autocad
are set to same units,i.e,if u want in mm ufirst change the
units in pro e to mm and then convert into .dwg file and
also see that the units in autocad is set to mm
