Problem with Hatching in Drawing

Hi,

I am Ramu working on ProE wildfire 2. I inserted one drawing view with crossection and saved. After that I made some modifications that means I added one more part to the assembly and regenerated. When i open the drawing view I am unable to see the cross section it is showing the error message "cross secton creation in view on sheet one aborted". But in the view manager that corresponding Xsection is there. I am not understanding what is going on. Please give the suggestins about this problem

You may have interference in the model. Run a global interference check and resolve allinterferences.

(An interference is when two or more models occupy the same space).

Is the cross section still parallel to the view orientation? If not, you need to re-orient the drawing view (although just adding a part to the assembly should not have changed this). Interference should not prevent Pro/E from making the section, it will cause some hidden line problems at times. Do you have surfaces tangent or nearly tangent to the section plane? That can cause section problems. Try moving your section in or out a little.

Wildfire 2.0 doesn't like cross-sectional views without there being another view to relate it to.

The only workaround I have found is to have a view off the drawing & project the cross-section I want.
