Problem with round

I have a problem creating this kind a transaction. Any help will be greatly appreciated

I don't understand, which round are you having trouble producing?

Intersection of concave & convex R it's looks flat (see attached part file)

I think the boundary blend is the best way to do it, if you want the boundary of the round to be .5 from the edge in all locations.

You should be able to use fewer guide curves in the second direction, and still get an acceptable result.
