Problems with drawing menu manager

I am using 2001 and I am creating 2D drawings for sectional views for a part. Unfortunately, I am unable to see detail menu under the drawing menu in the menu manager in the Drawing mode.Thereby, I am unable toset standard dimensions per viewand modify the cross hatching on the sectional views.Is there some setting that needs to be enabled inoder to restore these capabilities ormight it the limitation set by license?


Can someone help me find an answer to this?
