Process Plan in Creo

Does anyone have a tutorial or good step by step example of how to do this?

There does not seem to be any classes on PTC university for this, yet the videos I have seen on youtube make it seem like a great resource for giving information to the manufacturing engineers vs a million page assembly drawing
