ProIntralink 3.3 change of platform

Can someone help on this.

We just upgraded our operating systems from 2000 to XP. The upgrade seems fine on the license server and I can run intralink3.3 and 2001 with no problem.

The problem is, when we try to log into intralink from one of the other client systems, we receive the message: "Failed to take or refresh license".

I can still launch Pro, but cannot access any workspace.

Your help appreciated.

Did you install the patches for Intralink 3.3? There are 2 of them that effect the client installs.

I tried installing the one for windows from tan128997, now it returns the error message :

The procedure entry point ?_FindIndex @ptcSortedArray Impl@@MAE_NPAXAAICZ could not be located in the dinamic link library proilcommon.dll

However, this patch does not really apply as the build of Intralink client used is prior to M020.

Note that I had been using intralink successfully after switching to windows xp
