Project Surface Perimeter to Datum

Hello there,



I am trying to get a projection of the outer perimeter (which is not defined by any curve) of a car from
the top planview. The projection feature only works for curves not
surfaces. Any ideas?

Try copying the surface and then trim with Silhouette selected.

Yes, thats the way. After Trim Silhouette you can makea curve. And then finallythe projecting.
