Propellor Blades

I'm not sure you can simulate the airfoil of a helicopter blade with sheetmetal. With blend you can maintain a depth and angle through the blade. There are probably a ton of different ways to do it.

I have done this with airfoil cross sections, connected with curves. I then used boundary blends to create the surfaces. The biggets question is this for visual, or actual manufacturing pruposes? Be mindful of the boundary conditions of the surfaces to each other.
