Property Manager problem

Going through the Tutorial I have come to the Rack.sldprt and 'Extruding the supports". I closed the Tutorial here last time and opened it anew today and it says 'In the PropertyManager, under Direction 1' ... but PropertyManager is empty but for a message saying 'Select an entity to view or to modigy its properties'. How do I proceed?

I think I have to repeat my question because I haven't got any responses so here is vomes again:

I haven't seen this specific tutorial- but generally, the property manager only appears when there is a feature highlighted or actively being worked on.


From your question, it sounds like the sketch for the supports is created, and now you need to create the extrusion:

1. 
   <LI>Highlight the sketch.</LI>
   <LI>Click the extrude base/boss
   
   tool, and now your poperty manager should appear.</LI>
