PTC's Quality Assurance

I need to rant & rave here, PTC's quality should be in question here because of the Timeout issues. I was told that datecode 2003451 was the fix I needed for new images and now I found out that it has problems with Intralink and family tables (reference TAN 124249) and you need to get 2003490 installed . Will 2003490 fix my problems or will there be others.



What's going on here?
