Rectangular spring equation

TCC2

I was wondering if there was an equation out there that creates a rectangular spring? I have tried a few different options, but haven't been successful due to the fact I want repeatability in my component. Everywhere I go to get an answer, the best solution is to use a VSS, but the spring I'm trying to create only has a height of 1.5mm, so its too close to the center of the VSS, causingthe spring to"bend" between pitch ends. The example is Variable pitch retagular spring on this forum: http://www.mcadcentral.com/proe/files/gallery.asp?action=sea rch&text=&whichpage=34Anyone have any suggestions?

Trying to create a part where I would only need to change the numbers in the equation to come up with a different sized spring.

I tried the wrap but could not get it to work. Could someone post a sample in WF4 for me to study. I followed the same process as Sirini but in the wrap command, it kept me stuck in the command and would not create the curve. Thanks in advance for the help.
